About us
Top-quality textiles from Pakistan and Bangladesh to clients worldwide
Every leap starts with a solid foundation. Ours was Classic Designs, established in 2012 and built on quality, trust and strong partnerships. In 2025, that foundation became Leap Sourcing, part of Xs One Group, a bolder, future-ready sourcing partner across Pakistan and Bangladesh. We built it around one simple idea: sourcing should feel effortless. That’s why one dedicated team takes your order from first sample to final shipment, so you always have a single point of contact who knows your product inside out. And because quality is the heart of every order, that team is backed by True Inspect, our advanced quality tool, which brings real-time, end-to-end visibility into every inspection, so you see exactly where your order stands and how it measures up, with full transparency on quality at every stage. Quality is only half of the story: sourcing from Pakistan under GSP+ and Bangladesh under EBA gives you preferential access to all concerned markets, so the care we put into every order goes straight to protecting your margins.

Sustainability
Five practices for a greener textile future
We take an eco-friendly approach, meet international standards and work towards the textile certifications our clients need.
Practice 1 of 5
Organic cotton and naturally sourced wool
We source organic cotton and naturally sourced wool, which need fewer resources and are grown without synthetic chemicals.
Practice 2 of 5
Natural dyes and eco-friendly processes
We use plant and mineral dyes as an alternative to synthetic dyes, and prefer ozone treatments and other green chemical processes that reduce harmful chemicals.
Practice 3 of 5
Zero-waste patterns
Our zero-waste pattern making maximises fabric use and minimises offcuts, making better use of resources.
Practice 4 of 5
Efficient use of water and energy
We encourage water-efficient technologies and renewable energy in textile production to cut water use and carbon emissions.
Practice 5 of 5
Upcycling
We encourage repurposing waste materials and old garments into new, higher-value products, extending the life of textiles and reducing waste.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which countries do you source from?
We source textiles and garments from Pakistan and Bangladesh, with offices in Karachi, Dhaka and Houston.
What products can you source?
Apparel (including denim and knitwear), sports goods, home textiles, shoes and accessories.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs depend on the product and manufacturer. Share your requirements and we will confirm.
How do you manage quality?
Every order is inspected through our True Inspect app, with real-time, customer-specific reports. Where required, we also arrange independent third-party inspection through accredited partners.
Does Leap Sourcing work with brands that exhibit at international trade shows?
Yes, and it’s a big part of what we do. Many of the brands we work with show their collections at leading international fashion and apparel exhibitions, and we are behind the knitwear and denim they bring to the floor. If you’re researching us before a show, walk the halls and you may well see our work first-hand. If you would like to meet while you are there, tell us which show and your dates, and we’ll set up a time.
How do I get started?
Getting started with Leap Sourcing is simple. Send us a meeting request with a few details about what you need:
- the product category (knitwear, denim, or other apparel, footwear, and accessories)
- your approximate order quantities
- your target markets
- your preferred timelines
If you have a tech pack, reference samples, or a mood board, share those too, but don’t worry if you’re still at the idea stage. We are happy to help you shape it.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you same day to schedule an introductory call. From there, we will talk through your requirements, recommend the right certified factory partners for your product, and walk you through our process, from sampling and costing to production and shipment. No pressure, no lengthy paperwork up front. Just a straightforward conversation about how we can make your sourcing easier.
